If a guest is running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you’re 15 minutes (or more) late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please advise staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items. We recommend that you reserve your next appointment before you leave the salon so that we can accommodate your schedule.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Stylists are on a level system and charge different prices based on their demand of time.


A 24-hour cancellation notice is required if you unable to keep your appointment. If a guest has cancelled or ‘no showed’ three appointments,  our system will require a credit card to hold your next appointment. If you cancel or ‘no show’ within 24 hours, your card will be charged 50% of the service booked.

On-site Bridal Appointments

All on-site bridal appointments and travel fees must be paid, in full, one week in advance and are non-refundable.

Service Policy

Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. If a guest is dissatisfied with any service, we will be happy to have you return to the salon for us to redo the service. You must call within two weeks of the original appointment AND the redo must be scheduled with the same service provider that performed the original service. If the original service provider is not available or you feel they are unable to provide the service, the appointment may be scheduled with a different service provider. We do not offer refunds for any services, for any reason, no exceptions.

Retail Policy

Retail items purchased from us may be returned for an exchange within 21 days of purchase if they have been unopened or lightly used. We do not offer credit towards services for returned retail items. We will not allow returns of significantly used product. We do not offer refunds for any retail items, for any reason, no exceptions.


All down payments on extensions are non-refundable.
